Vodakhan, Temple Speaker

Vodakhan, Temple Speaker is a legendary unit card from the Eternal card game. It has dual allegiance with both Time and Justice factions.

What Does Vodakhan Do?

This card has no base combat stats: it starts at zero/zero. Instead it's combat values are taken directly from your maximum power level. So if your maximum power is 6 it has 6/6 which is decent. If your maximum power is 10 then Vodakhan has 10/10 which is... well, more than decent.

This is an ongoing effect, not a Summon skill. So the value is recalculated every turn. If your power increases, Vodakhan gets stringer.

When Vodakhan is in play, it also gives all your power cards Destiny, meaning that they play automatically. This gets round the usual one-power-per-turn limit and allows Vodakhan to get even stronger very quickly.

So this means that Vodakhan works really well with a Power heavy deck, possibly one that also specialises in units with the Empower skill.

As with most powerful cards, this one will instantly be the target of any removal or debilitating abilities your opponent has. So it might be best to delay playing it until you have at least 8 power and can play a Protect on it the same turn.
