Silence
Uncommon Spell
Time x 1

Cost:    1

Silence a unit.

Silence

Silence is an Uncommon spell card from the Eternal card game. It belongs to the Time faction.

What Does Silence Do?

Playing this spell on a unit gives that unit the Silence debuff: the unit and any attachments on it lose all their card text and skills. At a power cost of only one that makes this card a cheap and easy way to pull the teeth of an enemy unit with powerful abilities. It can be used to bring a flying unit back to earth, remove lifesteal or even remove the special abilities of a card such as Cirso, The Great Glutton.

Silence will be ineffective if the target unit is protected by an Aegis, however it will remove the Aegis. Since this card is so cheap you can consider playing one copy just to remove the Aegis then another copy to actually Silence the unit.

Silence can also be used on your own units to remove cursed status, but remember that it will remove all other text as well.

For a mass effect version of this card see Passage Of Eons.
