What Unstable Form Do?
This is a card that relies heavily on getting a break from the RNG. It can be fun, if you like that kind of thing, but it's rarely a game winner.
When you play this spell you choose any unit on the battlefield and it is transformed into another unit at random. The new unit will have a power cost 1 greater than the original but apart from that it might be anything. Even a card you don't actually own. The new unit retains any attachments such as weapons.
So this can be used on a weak or situationally useless unit in the hope of turning it into a better one. For instance if you desperately need a unit with Flying and don't have one you can cast Unstable Form on one of your current units... and cross your fingers. Or if you're trying to break a stalemate you can try this to see if you can get a powerful enough unit.
Don't forget that you can also use this card on enemy units. Why would you want to upgrade the enemy? Because there might be a unit with a special ability that you need to get rid of. For example if you're up against a deck full of Strangers and don't have a removal card you might play Unstable Form on you enemy's Merciless Stranger. It'll turn into a powerful 6 cost card but that will probably be better than leaving it as it is.
